IBM server proven

Microdec worked in partnership with a client and IBM Laboratories to bench test Profile for thousands of users on a single server. Based on the outcome of the successful testing, Microdec Profile was given the IBM Server Proven classification.

Intellect

Microdec is a member of Intellect, the UK trade association for the technology industry. Its members account for over 80% of these markets ranging from blue-chip multinationals to niche technology companies. These industries together generate around 10% of UK GDP and 15% of UK trade.

Microdec also use Intellect's services for Escrow agreements if customers require.

TAP

Microdec's commitment to TAP means that all training is led by personnel holding a TAP® Certificate in Delivery, Facilitation or Coaching Skills. The TAP programme’s face-to-face training Competency Framework is based on the UK’s TDLB learning and development units and is also closely aligned with the core training competencies published by the International Board of Standards for Training, Performance and Instruction.
As such, it is internationally recognised. Elements of this framework are extracted to provide the training, coaching and support skills required by line managers and subject matter experts, enabling a consistent training methodology and objective assessment of performance, all ensuring that our customers get the best possible training.
