QPS Group (Longbridge, Qualitas, SSC) selects Microdec Profile solution

QPS Group Plc has this week confirmed its decision to select Microdec Profile RPM recruitment software for use across the Group to enhance operations and streamline its recruitment processes.

The two key brands of QPS are Longbridge Search & Selection and Qualitas People Solutions. Longbridge is a long established leader in the Wealth Management, Audit/Compliance and Legal sectors, whilst Qualitas is a market leader in providing mid level IT and Financial Services from offices in London, Frankfurt, Dublin and Edinburgh.

Greg McManus, Group Managing Director QPS Group, said “Having acquired several companies with different databases divided the business and was not ideal. We have spent several months reviewing suitable products available in the market and selected Profile RPM as the best product to take our group forward. This is a key part of our ongoing investment for future growth”.

Mark Bowyer, Business Development & Marketing Manager, Microdec “Consolidating four databases into Profile RPM will allow QPS Group to operate more effectively and save costs, which is high on everyone’s agenda at the moment, Profile will be configured for the different business types and workflows, reduce duplicates and allow for centralised reporting across the group”.
