Microdec Announce Profile RPM 360

Profile RPM 360 degree is a joint technical collaboration with Broadbean Technology to provide a solution like no other.

Microdec are the only company to integrate with Broadbean’s Hybrid-2 interface to provide unrivalled functionality to its clients.

Profile RPM 360 degree provides a full 360 degree process and allows companies to post to multiple job boards and their own website, set internal authorisation and candidates that apply are then automatically parsed using Burning Glass, added into Profile RPM and linked to the relevant job. Candidate receive confirmation and consultants can see who have applied ready for the next recruitment process.
