Prudential signs up to Profile RPM by Microdec
Prudential, one of the most well known pensions, Investment & Insurance companies, has signed a deal with Microdec to supply it’s Profile RPM recruitment software.
Prudential Plc was established in 1848, today it’s an international financial services company with a product range including personal banking, insurance, pensions and retail investments, institutional fund management and property investments.
In the UK they are a leading life and pensions provider with around seven million customers.
Prudential acquired M&G in 1999. It is the Group’s UK and European fund manager, responsible for managing £290 billion.
In Asia, they are the leading European life insurer with life and fund management operations in 13 countries serving some seven million customers.
In the US, they own Jackson National Life, a leading life insurance company with almost three million policies and contracts in force.

Michael Page invests in Profile from Microdec
Michael Page has invested further in its implementation of Profile for operations in India, Chile and Poland.
The increased presence and volumes of staff in these areas echo’s other Microdec clients which are also opening operations in a variety of different countries, says Mark Bowyer - Business Development & Marketing Manager for Microdec

The RCSA (Recruitment and Consulting Services Association Ltd) is the leading professional body for the recruitment and workforce solutions sector in Australia and New Zealand. It represents over 3,600 Member Companies and Accredited Professional Recruiters.

Microdec has signed an agreement to acquire a majority shareholding in CogniSoft in a transaction that will bring the two market leaders together to enable the companies to become a stronger enterprise. As a result of this together they will be the largest supplier in this sector underpinning their intentions for the future.
